Areas We Service
Prices for properties outside the Portland area are as follows.
Add $25 for Oregon City, Sherwood, Gresham (or homes east of SE 152nd), and Hillsboro. Add $40 for Forest Grove, North Plains, Cornelius, Newberg, Canby, Damascus, Troutdale, Gaston, Sauvie Island area, Boring, Hubbard, Mollala, Woodburn, and Corbett, Camas. Please Inquire about area pricing not listed. Additional charges may apply to acreage, outbuildings, marinas, and properties with common areas.

Payment
Due within 14 days of photo shoot. If check is not received within 14 days, the credit card on file will be charged.

Cancellation Fee
$50 cancellation fee applies if shoot is cancelled within 48 hour of appointment. Rescheduling does not override cancellation policy. Please be sure to tell seller and any other venders that there is a charge for short notice cancellations.
